sorgst für Ordnung und Sauberkeit sowie den reibungslosen Betrieb im Alltag, kontrollierst regelmäßig alle Bereiche und leitest bei Bedarf passende Maßnahmen ein
planst, koordinierst und betreust externe Partner (z. B. Reinigungs-, Wartungs- und Handwerksfirmen) und stellst die termingerechte, saubere Ausführung sicher
führst selbständig kleinere Instandsetzungs- und Wartungsarbeiten durch, um Störungen zu vermeiden und den Betrieb aufrechtzuerhalten
dokumentierst durchgeführte Arbeiten, Kontrollen sowie Auffälligkeiten und Maßnahmen zur Betriebssicherheit, Ordnung und Sauberkeit in unserem EDV-System
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du hast eine Ausbildung als Landschaftsgärtner oder eine technische Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen
brauchen Erfahrung – idealerweise bringst du handwerkliches Geschick mit
suchen einen Mitarbeitenden, der gerne im Team arbeitet und offen auf andere zugeht
fördern Eigenverantwortung, deshalb solltest du strukturiert und selbständig arbeiten
Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Metaller-KV und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
