Our specialists accompany our products in all material-related matters throughout their entire lifecycle.
YOU
lead a small team of specialized experts in a respectful work environment
have a keen sense of your employees’ strengths and potentials, supporting their professional and personal development
use your strategic thinking to shape and further develop the group’s strategy, ensuring transparency and taking responsibility for solution-oriented implementation
coordinate the multi-project landscape within your group, overseeing capacity planning and prioritization of tasks and projects
encourage and challenge collaborative teamwork focused on results, while continuously improving processes
collaborate with our internal and external partners, understanding their needs and ensuring sustainable and efficient cooperation
WE
value a completed degree in surface technology, materials science, or mechanical engineering, along with several years of professional experience and strong social and methodological competence
are looking for an empathetic individual who brings motivating and exemplary behavior and enjoys interacting with people
desire a confident leader with decision-making skills – someone who is clear in their approach, respectful toward others, and aligned with departmental and company goals
