Dabei bieten sich spannende Tätigkeiten von der Mechanik-, Hardware- und Firmwareentwicklung über Elektromechanik bis hin zur Begleitung des gesamten Product-Lifecycle.
DU
führst ein Team in den Disziplinen Qualität, Testing und Zulassung und unterstützt deren fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
sorgst mit deinem strategischen Denken und deiner fachlichen Expertise für die Gestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Gruppenstrategie
koordinierst die Multiprojektlandschaft in deiner Gruppe und verantwortest die Planung und Priorisierung von Kapazitäten, Aufträgen und Projekten
förderst und forderst das ergebnisorientierte Miteinander im Team und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Abläufe
arbeitest mit unseren internen und externen Partnern zusammen, kennst ihre Bedürfnisse und stellst eine nachhaltige und effiziente Zusammenarbeit sicher
