Unsere Fachexpertinnen und -experten begleiten unsere Produkte in allen werkstofftechnischen Belangen über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.
DU
verantwortest die fachliche Entwicklung und strategische Weiterentwicklung des Technologiefelds Funktionsfluide (z.B. polymere Werkstoffe wie Schmierstoffe und Silikonöle)
baust das Thema Werkstoffentwicklung und Rheologie aus und verankerst es nachhaltig im gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
bewertest neue Technologien und Innovationen, initiierst gezielt Technologieprojekte und treibst diese voran
berätst unsere Produktentwicklung mit deiner Expertise bei der Materialauswahl von Funktionsfluiden
WIR
legen Wert auf fundierte Fachkenntnisse - ein abgeschlossenes Studium (TU, FH) in Materialwissenschaften, Chemie oder vergleichbar sowie facheinschlägige Berufserfahrung setzen wir voraus
suchen eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die Themen eigenständig vorantreibt, fachliche Verantwortung übernimmt und Entscheidungen aufbereitet
schätzen deine Fähigkeit, anspruchsvolle technische Sachverhalte zu analysieren, zu strukturieren und verständlich zu vermitteln
setzen auf ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Schnittstellenkompetenz sowie sicheres Auftreten in der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit
