DU
führst, planst und motivierst ein Team von Technikern und Störungsbehebern und sorgst für eine bedarfsgerechte Einsatzplanung
koordinierst die Annahme, Priorisierung und Eskalation von Störmeldungen sowie die Kommunikation mit den Fertigungseinheiten
unterstützt bei Fehlersuchen, Reparaturen und Inbetriebnahmen und stellst die Qualität der Maßnahmen sicher
arbeitest kontinuierlich an Prozessen und Technologien, um gemeinsam im Team aktiv Verbesserungen zu gestalten
WIR
legen Wert auf eine abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung - du hast ein Lehre als Mechatroniker, Maschinenbautechniker mit elektrischen Kenntnissen, oder in einem artverwandten Beruf abgeschlossen
bieten dir anspruchsvolle und fordernde Aufgaben, deshalb ist Erfahrung in der Führung und im Logistikbereich von Vorteil
suchen ein kommunikatives Teammitglied, das sich durchsetzen kann, Herausforderungen sucht und diese im Team löst
fördern Eigenverantwortung, deshalb solltest du strukturiert und slbstständig arbeiten.
Gesetzlich verpflichtender Hinweis: Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt über dem Metaller-KV und orientiert sich an der beruflichen Qualifikation und Erfahrung sowie am Vorarlberger Arbeitsmarkt.
