Unsere Fachexpertinnen und -experten begleiten unsere Produkte in allen werkstofftechnischen Belangen über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.
DU
führst ein Team von 11 Spezialistinnen und Spezialisten und unterstützt deren fachliche und persönliche Weiterentwicklung
sorgst mit deinem strategischen Denken und deiner fachlichen Expertise für die Gestaltung, Weiterentwicklung und Umsetzung der Gruppenstrategie
koordinierst die Multiprojektlandschaft in deiner Gruppe und verantwortest die Planung und Priorisierung von Kapazitäten, Aufträgen und Projekten
förderst und forderst das ergebnisorientierte Miteinander im Team und sorgst für eine kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Abläufe
arbeitest mit unseren internen und externen Partnern zusammen, kennst ihre Bedürfnisse und stellst eine nachhaltige und effiziente Zusammenarbeit sicher

legen Wert auf ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Werkstoffwissenschaften, Metallurgie oder Maschinenbau, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung sowie eine hohe Sozial- und Methodenkompetenz
