DU
verantwortest die Installation, Konfiguration und Wartung (Lifecycle) unserer Client-Systeme sowie der unterstützenden Server-Infrastruktur
bringst Expertise im Software-Lifecycle mit und übernimmst die Paketierung von Software sowie die Verteilung über SCCM (MECM)
steuerst das Patch Management, um unsere Systemlandschaft aktuell und sicher gegen äußere Einflüsse zu halten
definierst Standards und arbeitest aktiv an der Gestaltung sowie Optimierung unserer weltweiten Software- und Hardware-Landschaft mit
unterstützt kompetent bei der Bearbeitung technischer Supportanfragen und Tickets im 2nd Level und findest nachhaltige Lösungen für unsere Anwenderinnen und Anwender
WIR
suchen ein Teammitglied mit solider IT-Grundausbildung (HTL, IT-Lehre, o.ä.) und fundierter Erfahrung im Bereich Client-Management und Softwareverteilung
bieten dir ein breites Technologiefeld, in dem du sicher mit Hardware-Komponenten, Windows-Betriebssystemen und gängigen Deployment-Tools jonglierst
sind ein dynamisches Team, das als Schnittstelle zwischen fachlichen Anforderungen und technischer Strukturen arbeitet
