To be sustainably successful, we adapt to different cultures, mentalities, and market developments.For the Services group (digital services and processing aids) in product management, we are looking for ambitious candidates who are willing to take on the task of group leadership with both technical and organizational challenges.

YOU

  • lead a team in an open and collegial work environment, and support team members in their professional and personal development

  • promote and demand result-oriented collaboration within the team, ensure continuous improvement of processes, and support your employees in their technical tasks

  • take responsibility and act as the contact person for employees and interface partners when it comes to technical and organizational matters

  • are a person who wants to make a difference and can quickly adapt to new situations

WE

  • are looking for an empathetic and confident leader who has leadership experience and understands how to integrate and motivate employees

  • value solid education – you have a completed degree in business administration or engineering

  • are pleased if you have professional experience in the service environment and thus possess the competencies and tools for the associated tasks

  • rely on the ability to engage in dialogue – you are able to reconcile concerns and are proficient in negotiations in both German and English
