DU
bist verantwortlich für einen zentralen Prozess im Sales- und Marketing-Umfeld und vertrittst diesen souverän gegenüber internationalen Stakeholdern
nimmst Anforderungen aus Sales, Marketing und Distribution auf, priorisierst sie und überführst sie in praxistaugliche Prozesslösungen
treibst die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen und Tools voran und koordinierst deren Umsetzung
stärkst das globale Netzwerk rund um den Prozess und koordinierst die operative Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den Regionen
verantwortest die fachliche Betreuung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Prozess-Expertinnen und Experten in den Regionen
arbeitest eng mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen zusammen und nutzt dein Know-how im Prozessmanagement, um Abläufe effizient zu gestalten
WIR
suchen eine Persönlichkeit mit fundierter Ausbildung und Erfahrung im Prozessmanagement – idealerweise mit Bezug zu Vertriebs- oder Marketingprozessen
legen Wert auf eine pragmatische, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise und eine ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität
schätzen deine Fähigkeit, komplexe Abläufe zu analysieren, strukturiert weiterzuentwickeln und erfolgreich über verschiedene Schnittstellen hinweg umzusetzen

Remuneration
