YOU

  • are planning and managing a production area by developing efficient production schedules to ensure timely manufacturing

  • are optimizing existing production processes through systematic analysis and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity continuously

  • are collaborating closely with other departments to ensure all relevant information is available for smooth production and to proactively identify production bottlenecks

  • are monitoring production progress, proactively addressing deviations, and adjusting planning as needed to meet production goals

WE

  • value your in-depth understanding of production processes and systems, especially SAP ERP, and your ability to apply this knowledge to optimize our operations

  • expect strong communication skills and a team-oriented approach that fosters effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, contributing to problem-solving in challenging situations

  • rely on your flexibility and adaptability. Those values are crucial for responding swiftly to changes in the production environment and ensuring optimal production planning

  • highly value a solid education (FH, university), ideally in Supply Chain Management, or relevant professional experience
