The family-owned company Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out, and pocket systems that are installed in furniture all over the world. Did you know that in the field of ‘product technologies,’ around 100 employees are dedicated to developing and establishing new technologies, while also providing technological support for our product development process? Our focus lies in the technology areas of energy storage, gear, damping and tribological systems, as well as material and surface technology.

YOU

  • support project teams in project planning and communication, as well as assist the functional area in multiproject management and project controlling

  • represent our department in various committees, fostering good networking and communication within the company

  • enjoy working with knowledge, creating concepts, and devising strategies for identifying, ensuring, and distributing knowledge

  • shape employee development for the entire department and serve as the primary contact for onboarding and continuing education for employees and managers
