Blum manufactures lift-up, hinge, box and pull-out systems for furniture, which are supplied to over 120 markets. Did you know that over 20 people work on our management systems at Blum? Their work also includes regular dialogue with our manufacturing subsidiaries worldwide.


  • design and implement software systems in the field of "Testing & Measurement" together with other departments and our in-house IT department

  • manage and coordinate organisational projects in the context of "Measuring & Testing" relating to the management systems (quality, environment and energy) and continuously develop the IT systems in the process

  •  find it easy to understand overall contexts and are able to communicate even complex issues clearly, both verbally and in writing

  • are the direct contact person for our international subsidiaries in quality matters - business fluent in German and English


  • value a good education - you preferably have a technical degree (HTL/FH) in the field of IT and ideally already have experience in quality and/or project management

  • offer challenging and varied tasks, so it is important to us that you work independently, in a structured and precise manner

  • work across departments and network with many other departments - it is easy for you to put yourself in other situations / specialist areas

  • are looking for an empathetic team member who contributes to our team culture with their open communication and also feels comfortable on the intercultural stage
