übernimmst die Führung unseres 7-köpfigen Experten-Teams mit dem Ziel die Serviceleistung stetig weiter zu entwickeln
arbeitest aktiv im Tagesgeschäft mit und betreust einen Bereich selbständig
beteiligst dich federführend bei der Optimierung, Digitalisierung und Automatisierung der Prozesse und HR-Services (ESS/MSS)
berätst Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte in arbeits-, sozialversicherungs- und lohnsteuerrechtlichen Fragen
bringst dein Know-how in HR-Projekten mit ein
WIR
legen Wert auf eine gute Ausbildung – du verfügst über eine fundierte betriebswirtschaftliche Ausbildung und Erfahrung in Arbeitsrecht und Personalverrechnung
suchen eine Teamplayerin oder einen Teamplayer mit Interesse an Personalführung – idealerweise bringst du bereits Führungserfahrung mit
bieten dir anspruchsvolle und fordernde Aufgaben – Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Digitalisierung von HR-Prozessen ist von Vorteil
arbeiten viel am PC – ausgezeichnete MS-Office-Kenntnisse sind uns daher wichtig, Erfahrung mit SAP von Vorteil
wenden uns an Personen, die sich durch Organisationsfähigkeit auszeichnen und strukturiert, diskret und serviceorientiert arbeiten

Remuneration
