The family-owned company Blum manufactures flap, hinge, pull-out and pocket systems for furniture, which are supplied to over 120 markets. We employ over 9,300 people, more than 6,800 of whom work in Vorarlberg on Lake Constance, our home region.

In the area of product management, we are looking for a person who is familiar with the processes of our customers (B2B).


  • observe and analyze the processes and workflows of our customers on-site – this requires a willingness to travel

  • identify potentials for future developments of our products and services based on target group analysis

  • consolidate existing knowledge in this field and derive corresponding requirements

  • act as an internal sparring partner for product management, supporting them in exchange with development and sales departments


  • value a good education – ideally, you have completed training as a wood technician and bring practical experience in furniture manufacturing

  • are looking for someone who enjoys participating in projects related to the target group

  • are internationally connected with our subsidiaries and representatives worldwide – therefore, good language skills in German and English are important to us

  • embrace innovation – you enjoy delving into new topics
