Our company Blum Bau und Infrastruktur employs over 70 staff, who help customers fulfil their requirements regarding their property portfolios. Our experts achieve this by pinpointing individual needs with the client and user and developing, providing and maintaining the necessary real estate and infrastructures for the core processes involved. Blum Bau und Infrastruktur covers all aspects in a building's life cycle, such as site development and consulting, project implementation and operational building management. We also identify potential spaces and draw up concepts for economical use of a building – particularly in Vorarlberg but also throughout the world.

Before construction starts, the focus is on developing a strategy and the site, analysing demand and securing a suitable plot of land for customers. This is familiar ground to our project managers and consultants, who all have experience with large-scale ventures and the property sector.

Leadership qualities, a hands-on approach and experience in a specialist field of construction are what's needed in Project Implementation, as the tasks of our staff extend from project and construction management through electrical engineering, construction technology and building services to intralogistics and operational planning.

Operational Building Management
Organisation, property management, maintenance and coordination: the members of this team are familiar with every detail of operational building management. The department is also staffed by experts, each with a relevant qualification and specialist knowledge as well as a structured approach to their work.
