YOU
are responsible for and organize your training area
have direct leadership responsibility for the trainers
actively participate in the daily training routine
act as an interface to our customers and partners
are a sparring partner in the leadership and development of our apprentices
WE
are looking for a communicative personality who puts the common in the foreground
expect passion and a lot of understanding in the work, support and training of our apprentices
require methodological and organizational competence in training topics and work processes
value leaders who promote and demand self-responsible work in training

Remuneration
