The Marketing Technology department deals with online marketing, digital touchpoints for customers, and the further development of processes, tools, and data in marketing. As a department head, you actively contribute to the further development and implementation of the company strategy in your area. We encourage critical thinking and questioning, combined with a collaborative leadership style.

YOU

organize the department and the workflows together with the team and continuously develop them – this includes, among other things, an efficient project culture within the network, aligning the department towards the market and customers, as well as promoting ongoing digitalization
lead the group leaders of the Marketing Technology department in an active and results-oriented manner, support them in their tasks, encourage and demand cooperation within the department, and guide the team on leadership issues
make your contribution to the development of the marketing strategy and ensure its implementation in your department
ensure that the collaboration with our partners, such as Sales, IT, and market organizations, works well
