YOU

recruit future employees for our departments by helping to design and implement effective recruitment strategies
support our employer branding to increase the attractiveness of Julius Blum GmbH as an employer
contribute creative ideas to HR projects in order to optimize our HR initiatives and ensure corporate success
actively assist the departments in the search for new employees by advising them on the definition of job profiles and coordinating the selection process until hiring

WE

work in a network and are looking for an open and communicative personality with proficient English skills
collaborate across departments and support, accompany, and advise managers on HR-related issues
value solid education – ideally, you have already gained several years of professional experience in the HR field
give you the necessary time to get to know and understand employees, networks, and processes
