Blum stellt Klappen-, Scharnier-, Auszugs- und Pocketsysteme für Möbel her, die in über 120 Märkte geliefert werden. Unsere Informatik ist dabei entlang von End-To-End-Geschäftsprozessen organisiert.
Als Projektleiterin bzw. Projektleiter übernimmst du die Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-nahen Projekte. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Auftraggebern, Stakeholdern und Projektteams und stellst sicher, dass Projekte strukturiert geplant, zielgerichtet gesteuert und effizient umgesetzt werden.

führst Projekte mit IT-Bezug sicher ans Ziel und behältst stets den Überblick über Qualität, Budget und Zeitplan – dabei setzt du Projektmanagementmethoden (agil, Wasserfall, hybride Modelle) professionell und bedarfsorientiert ein
Ganzheitliche Projektverantwortung und Methodensicherheitarbeitest vorausschauend, setzt klare Prioritäten und sorgst für Transparenz und adäquate Dokumentation – Als kommunikative Vermittlungsperson führst du Auftraggeber, Teams und weitere Stakeholder zusammen und sorgst für Transparenz
Strukturierte Planung und Stakeholder-Managementarbeitest an fachbereichsübergreifenden Themen, schaffst Verbindungen zwischen Unternehmensbereichen und Projekten – dabei moderierst du Workshops souverän und unterstützt Teams dabei, tragfähige Entscheidungen zu treffen
Bereichsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit und Moderation & Lösungsfindungachtest auf effizienten Ressourceneinsatz und unterstützt eine nachhaltige Projektkultur
