Whether it's a question of our products, supplier selection or contact with customers: our strong awareness of quality always plays a key role. This is why we have a committed Quality Management team to ensure that our processes at the company comply on all these levels.

Detectives and dogged problem solvers

Anything but boring: quality management is one of the most varied fields of work at Blum as it is involved in almost all areas of the company. Solution-oriented employees with a love of accuracy feel particularly at home in this department, where they find exciting challenges. As troubleshooters and detectives, they come up with fast solutions, meticulously getting to the bottom of all problems. Ultimately, no matter the department, they're investigating the quality of a process or product. Our employees are always team players: cooperation is a key factor in their work. This is also reflected in the friendly working atmosphere at our company.

Quality Management Systems

The Quality Management Systems department ensures that our management systems run in our processes. Our work involves defining processes and the IT tools required, as well as providing staff training. We then check the level of efficacy via our audit and reporting system.

Quality Management International and Customers is above all responsible for the supervision of our customers and subsidiaries. Our staff are the first point of contact for customers for all questions relating to product quality.

Quality Assurance

Quality Assurance is the contact for all manufacturing departments at Blum where quality is concerned. This field of activity includes areas such as process monitoring and control, observance of specifications and performance of the product function tests.
