Unsere Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter im Bereich Sales, Marketing und Distribution betreuen diese von Höchst aus und sind Ansprechpersonen für unsere Kunden.

identifizierst Bedürfnisse, entwickelst und koordinierst auch internationale Lernangebote im Bereich Sales, Marketing und Distribution, wobei du als erster Ansprechpartner für den Bereich Sales agierst
berätst Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte zu Lern- und Bildungsthemen und bist Ansprechperson für unser Lernmanagementsystem in deinem Verantwortungsbereich
unterstützt Projekte, Workshops und Veranstaltungen methodisch-didaktisch und bist Trainer für spezifische Kurse
arbeitest eng mit den anderen Learning Coordinators und unseren HR-Experten zusammen
unterstützt das Onboarding von neuen Mitarbeitenden und koordinierst unsere Trainees und Praktikanten
WIR
legen Wert auf deine ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten und deine Kompetenzen in der methodisch-didaktischen Beratung
schätzen deine offene und nahbare Art und dein Gespür für Coaching-Themen
agieren global: sehr gute Deutsch- und Englisch-Kenntnisse setzen wir daher voraus
freuen uns über deine Bereitschaft, dich in verschiedene Themen aus dem Bereich Sales, Marketing und Distribution einzuarbeiten
